Welcome to Linksly. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Linksly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Linksly is a link management application that allows users to:

• Save and organize links for later sharing
• Share links with contacts via various messaging platforms
• Create shortened links with preview images (Plus subscription)
• Sync data across devices via iCloud (Plus subscription)

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

Free Tier: Basic features including saving links, 2 recipients, and standard messaging platforms.

Plus Subscription: Additional features including unlimited recipients, link shortening, iCloud sync, and group messaging. Subscription terms and pricing are displayed in the App and managed through Apple's App Store.

All purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use Linksly to:

• Share illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Harass, spam, or send unwanted communications to others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App
• Use automated systems to abuse our services

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you share through Linksly. We do not monitor or control user-shared content and are not responsible for any content shared through our platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The Linksly app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by STC LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Linksly integrates with third-party messaging platforms (iMessage, WhatsApp, etc.). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Linksly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Linksly.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Linksly for users who violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
